Explorer Ring
When we first gave Bernice her Explorer Ring, she looked at it, then said, "Oh, I don't think I want that." So we put it aside on a nearby table and talked. As we talked she kept stealing glances at the ring. Finally she picked it up and began working at the different gates that allow the beads to flow from one section of the ring to the next. The more she worked at it, the more fascinated she became. Forty five minutes later we had to take it away from her. She was looking tired, but didn't want to stop. This is a great, stimulating activity.
